What is 3D Printing Hardwood Flooring？

The surface pattern of the floor is artificially designed. The workers will select high-quality floors, compose them into a pattern and scan to make a template，then the pattern of the template is printed on the surface of the floor with pigment paste, and the last step is painted（UV lacquer） by the workers and then dried. Due to the manual control, the effect of the floor is extremely realistic.

C&L Hardwood the factory uses the latest 3D printing technology to machining the surface of wood. The bottom of the board will be selected from high quality Goiabao（sapotaceae), which is selected by the workers, the surface will be carved with oak texture by machines, each piece is not repeated. the color and texture of each pieces are relatively close, and there is almost no color shading.
